Ok, just to get this clear…everyone has a certain number of abs to show, however, it’s covered by too much body fat.
Many people have obtained a 6 pack many different ways, however, this in my opinion is the most effective.
The first thing you must do is “diet” by tracking your calorie intake, to make sure you are not over eating!
The second thing you must do is follow a structured weight training programme that allows you to train the abs like any other muscle through compound movements and specific exercises.
The third thing is to increase your day to day activity & by adding in structured cardio does just that. Cardio elevates the heart rate for a prolonged period of time, this causes the body to burn off more calories & is therefore considered one of the best ways to lose body fat due to the amount of calories burned per session.
Last of all, three of the most important things..hard work, consistency of that hard work & patience. It takes time to reduce body fat levels enough to show visible abs.
